Q: Why don't you sell parts & equipment?
A: We're small and cannot get the price breaks the big boys get. So instead, we'll save you money by finding the best deals AND the warranty is in your name, so if you choose to fix it yourself -- you can! Most companies mark up the cost of the equipment as well as charging you for labor. Many times, the equipment cost savings offset what you pay us!

Q: How long have you been in business?
A: 20 years. We started out as MCS here on the Suncoast in 1989, before Windows and the mouse became the norm. We changed our name to AccessFlorida.net in 2003 when we started offering dial up Internet to our seasonal visitors.

Q: What are your rates?
A: Most larger jobs are quoted at a fixed price so you know what it will cost upfront with no surprises. Minor services are billed at $79 per hour.

Q: Why do you offer free phone support?
A: We respect you and want your business when you really need us. However, if it is only a small problem which can be addressed over the phone, we will gladly help you at no charge.
